Who should attend?
This Conference is for senior product and growth people, and typically someone’s title will be either:
  • Senior Product Manager with 5y work experince
  • Product Lead or Growth Lead
  • Head of Product or Head of Growth
  • Principal PM
  • Group PM
  • Director of Product or Director of Growth
  • VP of Product or VP or Growth
  • Chief Product Officer or Chief Growth Officer
If you’re just starting your career in product or growth, the content won’t be as relevant for you.
Why is ProductLab Conference invitation only?
We've tailored the conference specifically for experienced Product Managers at a certain stage in their career, ensuring relevant networking opportunities and allowing speakers to dive deep into advanced topics, bypassing common knowledge. For those who don't fall into this category, we recommend applying as a volunteer.
What’s the start and end time? Will any meals be served?
  • Doors open at 7:30 am CET time and content begins at 9 am
  • Content ends around 5 pm and we'll host a happy hour until 7 pm while we prepare the area for the party
  • We’ll serve coffee and breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon, and appetizers and drinks at happy hour.

What does my ticket include?
Your onsite ticket entitles you to access all areas and includes complimentary drinks, coffee, breakfast, and lunch. For the workshops on September 17th or 18th, dinner is also provided. Additionally, you will have access to recordings of all sessions approximately two weeks after the conference, which will later be available on our Community app.
If I’m selected to attend, what happens next?
If you’re selected, we’ll send you an email through our provider LUMA.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. If you're planning to attend with a group of 5 or more team members, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] to receive a voucher for a 10% discount on the regular ticket price.
If I need to get a refund, what's your policy?
Unfortunately, as per our Terms & Conditions (and standard practice for conferences and events), we do not offer refunds if you're unable to attend. However, you can reassign your ticket to a colleague or another product enthusiast. If the event is sold out, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help connect you with someone on the waitlist who may want to purchase your ticket.
Can I change the invoice details?
If you'd like to update or modify invoice details (such as the company address, PO number, or additional notes), you can easily generate receipts for your paid Luma tickets. Follow these steps:
  1. Access Payment History:
    1. Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the page.
    2. Navigate to Settings > Payment > Payment History. This is where all your payment records within Luma are stored.
  2. Generate a Receipt:
    1. Find the ticket(s) for which you'd like to generate a receipt.
    2. Click on the three dots (•••) next to the relevant ticket.
    3. Select Generate Receipt from the drop-down menu.
  3. Add Information to Your Receipt:
    1. You’ll be prompted to add additional information to the receipt, such as:Billing Address
    2. Tax Information
    3. Additional Notes or PO number (all of these are optional).
  4. Finalize and View Your Receipt:
    1. Once you’ve added all the necessary details, click on Generate.
    2. A preview of your receipt will be displayed.
  5. Print or Save the Receipt:
    1. To print or save the receipt as a PDF, use your browser's print settings:On Mac: Press Command + P.
    2. On Windows: Press Control + P.

How long can I access the recordings?
You will be able to access them 3 months, and later on in a private area of our Community app.
Are there sponsored talks?
Our curation and sponsorship are entirely independent. We do not feature paid talks at our events. If a speaker happens to be from a sponsoring organization, it's solely because we value their expertise, not their affiliation. We carefully select individuals with strong backgrounds and proven personal brands.
