What is included in the ticket price?
All conference tickets include access to the full event with all talks and workshops, coffee and snacks throughout the day, and post-event recordings of all sessions. If you purchase a workshop ticket, you'll also get an extra day of hands-on learning, dedicated networking sessions, a goodie bag, and supplementary materials to continue your learning after the event
Do you offer group discounts?
We offer group ticket packages — 5 tickets with a 5% discount, or 10 tickets with a 10% discount. For custom team offers, reach out to us at team@productlab.app
Can I refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at your company.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to team@productlab.app before 5pm CET on Friday, September 11, 2026, after which transfers will not be allowed.
Passes purchased with a complimentary discount code are nontransferable.
Can I join later or modify a LABs Day workshop?
Yes, you can register for the conference today and add a LABs Day workshop to your ProductLab conference pass later by purchasing the workshop separately. Please note that workshops have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you've already registered for a workshop and need to switch to a different one, you can modify your workshop selection by submitting your request in writing to team@productlab.app before 5pm CET on Friday, September 11, 2026, after which changes will not be allowed.
How do I get access to Leaders Lab at the conference?
Leaders Lab day is our exclusive senior track during the conference. To keep the right seniority level and a vendor-free room, we review all purchases.
Here's how it works:
Select your one-day pass or multi-day bundle and complete your booking
We'll check your LinkedIn profile to confirm your leadership level
If your role falls outside our criteria, you'll receive a full refund within 2-3 business days
Who it's for: Lead/Group PMs, Heads of Product, Directors, VPs, and CPOs.
Company cap: We accept a maximum of 5 attendees per company to keep the room diverse and the conversations honest.
This ensures Leaders Lab remains a high-quality space for product leaders to connect and learn without sales pitches.

Why am I paying VAT outside Germany?
VAT on Conference Tickets
All ProductLab Conference registration fees include 19% VAT, as required under EU and German tax law. Conference admissions are taxed where the event takes place (Germany), regardless of your location or tax status. This applies to all attendees.
Can my company recover the VAT?
Yes, in most cases. The process depends on where your company is based.
EU-based companies
Reclaim German VAT through your local tax authority via the EU VAT Refund Procedure. Minimum thresholds apply: €400 for quarterly claims, €50 for annual claims.
Non-EU companies
Apply directly through the German Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) via the BOP online portal. Deadlines apply. Minimum thresholds: €1,000 for partial-year claims, €500 for annual claims.
Note: thresholds are cumulative across all business expenses in Germany during the refund period, not just this conference.
What do I need to reclaim?
Make sure your registration includes your full business details:
Company name and address
VAT number (EU) or tax ID (non-EU)
Keep original invoices for all related expenses including registration, accommodation, and meals.
We need to complete a KYC check before purchasing. How do we get the info?
All our basic company details are listed in our Impressum. If your accounting department has a KYC form that needs to be filled out, just send it to team@productlab.app – we’ll complete it and return it as soon as possible.
Our company needs different invoices or PO numbers for each team. Can we still register as one group?
We make it easy to align product teams’ needs with your accounting structure. Each team can receive its own invoice and PO number, while your company is still counted as one group for benefits and discounts. We also provide a simple spreadsheet to collect and organize all team details.
Do you offer any discounted accommodation options for conference attendees?
Yes! We’ve partnered with The Social Hub Berlin-Mitte, where the workshop will take place. They offer modern accommodation, great food, a gym, and a central location with easy access from the airport and just a few stops from the central station.
