Ravi is a well respected thought leader and his frameworks on product strategy & product leadership have been adopted by thousands of professionals across the industry. He is the co-creator of Reforge's AI Strategy and Product Leadership programs. Currently, he is a full-time product strategy advisor and investor, working with some of the most well-known consumer brands and fast-growing startups. Previously, he was Chief Product Officer @ Tinder, Product Director @ Facebook, VP of Consumer Product at TripAdvisor, and Executive-in-Residence @ Reforge.

A Berlin-based product leader with 30 years experience in media and tech. For the last 20 years, Lucie has led product and engineering teams at organisations including the BBC, Zalando and Google to deliver best in class user experiences across fashion inspiration, travel, news, sport (including the 2008, 2012 and 2024 Olympics), finance, children’s games and video on demand.

Lucie started her career as a journalist before pivoting into product. Over the last couple of years she has also trained in executive coaching and currently coaches internally at Google and externally with groups and individuals.

He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics and an MSc in Behavioral Science — a combination that shapes his distinctly rigorous, human-centered approach to product.
