Is a Leaders Circle right for me?
Leaders Circles are designed for experienced product leaders navigating meaningful leadership challenges. We typically work with people who have five or more years of product experience, but we care far more about what you're facing today than about your title.
How are circles matched?
Every circle is matched by hand. We group product leaders at a similar stage in their careers and never place two people from the same company in the same circle. The goal is to create a group where everyone can relate to each other's challenges and speak openly.
How much time should I expect to commit?
You'll join a 90-minute session every two weeks over 13 weeks, plus two private coaching sessions. We also recommend setting aside around 20–30 minutes before each session to reflect on the challenges you'd like to bring to the group.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens, and we understand that. We ask participants to attend at least five of the seven group sessions to help maintain trust and continuity within the group. If you know you'll miss a session, just let us and your circle know in advance.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is fundamental to how Leaders Circles work. Every participant signs a confidentiality agreement, sessions are never recorded, and no two people from the same company are ever placed in the same group.
What happens after the program ends?
The program may end after 13 weeks, but the relationships often don't. You'll keep the resources, frameworks and connections you've built throughout the program, and many participants continue supporting one another afterwards.
