How do I know which option is right for me?
You don't need to decide before booking a call. We'll learn more about your situation and recommend the option that best fits your goals, whether that's one-to-one coaching, a Leaders Circle or support for your team.
What happens on the assessment call?
It's a 30-minute conversation to understand where you are, what you're navigating, and what would help most. If we're the right fit, we'll tell you. If we're not, we'll point you in the right direction.
How soon can I start?
We usually schedule an initial call within a week. One-to-one coaching can often begin shortly afterwards. Leaders Circles start once we’ve matched a group of 10 to 12 product leaders at a similar stage.
What's the difference between a Leaders Circle and 1:1 coaching?
One-to-one coaching is tailored entirely to you and your situation. Leaders Circles combine coaching with the perspective of peers facing similar challenges. If you value learning through different perspectives, a circle may be the right fit. If you need to go deep on your own context, 1:1 coaching is likely the better option.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is fundamental to how we work. Sessions are never recorded, every participant signs a confidentiality agreement, and no two people from the same company are ever placed in the same Leaders Circle.
Do I need to work in product?
Yes. Everything we do is designed specifically for product leaders. That shared context means you won't have to explain your world before getting meaningful support.
Can my company pay for this?
Absolutely. Most participants use their learning and development budget. We provide an invoice and any documentation your company needs.
I want to sponsor someone on my team. How does that work?
We can arrange for you to sponsor someone on your team for a Circle or 1:1 coaching. Please contact us to discuss their needs and the right option for them.
Can I put several people through?
Yes. Please get in touch with us to discuss the details.
Is it online or in person?
Leaders Circles run online to bring together product leaders across Europe. One-to-one coaching is available online. Some coaches also work in person, depending on location and availability.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the format and the level of support that's right for you. We'll discuss the options during your introductory call and recommend the approach that best fits your needs.
