Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including in cases of sickness, personal emergency, or change of plans.
Refunds will only be issued in case of event cancellation or an unreasonable relocation/rescheduling of the Event

1.3.2 Rescheduling or Cancellation
If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided unless the new date places an unreasonable burden on attendees.

Certain workshops ("LABs") at the Event may be subject to limited admission or additional fees. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee access to all workshops. Registration for LABs may require additional attendee details.

1.4.4 LAB Workshops — Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
LABs are specialised workshops offered before or during the Conference. Access to LABs requires a separate LAB ticket or inclusion in your conference ticket tier.
Attendees may use LAB materials for personal learning and professional development only. Attendees may NOT:
Reproduce, repackage, or repurpose LAB materials as their own content
Distribute LAB materials as company-wide training resources or knowledge base content

Each LAB ticket grants access to ONE workshop session, subject to capacity. LAB selection is first-come, first-served.

LAB facilitators are compensated through workshop ticket revenue. Facilitators are required to:
Provide pre-workshop materials and content in advance of the Event

Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in fee deductions, partial or full cancellation of payment, or termination of the facilitator contract.
1.4.6 Conference Speakers — Compensation and Support
Conference speakers (distinguished from community event speakers) receive support from Productlab UG, including accommodation, travel expenses, and meals during the Event. Speakers retain ownership of their presentations. Speakers are expected to participate in promotional activities and provide presentation materials in advance.

Productlab UG reserves the right to amend these T&Cs. Changes will be reflected on the official Event website. Existing ticket holders will be notified of material changes via email.

By enrolling and submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Stakeholder management: Influencing and getting things done in complex ecosystems
Circle topic of choice: Selected by Circle participants
2.3 THE JOINING PROCESS
Introductory call — You explore with Productlab whether a Circle is right for you
Coaching chemistry call — You meet the Circle coach to discuss your goals and fit
Circle offer — Productlab confirms the dates of the next Circle that matches your needs
Payment and confirmation — You pay in full and confirm your participation
Your journey begins!
Productlab UG reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion, including if we determine that a participant is not a suitable fit, works for the same company as another Circle member, or has previously breached these Terms.
2.4 PRICING AND PAYMENT
Peer Circle Programme: €1,200 + VAT (19%) per participant
Pricing includes all 8 group sessions, 2 individual 1:1 coaching sessions, all materials, WhatsApp group access, and certificate of completion.
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. By submitting payment, you:
Expressly request that Productlab begin delivering the Services immediately
Acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you attend your first Circle session (§ 312g BGB)
Confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety
Accept that payment is non-refundable except in cases of extreme hardship
Acknowledge that Productlab does NOT provide career advice and that you are solely responsible for all career decisions you make
Company-sponsored participants: The enrollment commitment is to YOU as an individual, not the sponsoring organisation. The sponsoring organisation may not request a refund, substitute another participant, or access Circle content.
We provide an invoice showing service description, participant name, VAT amount, and our VAT ID (USt-IdNr: DE368880905).
2.5 CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND WITHDRAWALS
No refund policy: All payments are final and non-refundable.
Statutory withdrawal right (Widerrufsrecht): You ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB. However, by completing enrollment, you expressly request immediate commencement of Services and acknowledge your withdrawal right expires when you attend your first Circle session.
No refunds will be provided for: Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, employment changes, dissatisfaction with Circle composition or coach, personal preference changes, or relocation.
Extreme hardship exceptions: Productlab may consider withdrawal requests only in cases of serious illness (with medical documentation), significant family emergency, or circumstances genuinely beyond your control. Requests must be submitted before the third Circle session. If approved, you may receive a partial pro-rata refund or transfer to a future Circle. Approval is not guaranteed.
If the minimum group size is not met: Productlab will notify you as soon as possible and offer one of the following options:
Credit towards next cohort — Your payment is applied in full to the next available Circle cohort (the standard and preferred resolution)
10 hours of individual 1:1 coaching — Your enrollment fee is converted to 10 hours of one-on-one coaching sessions at equivalent value
Full refund — Available only if neither option 1 nor option 2 is suitable for your circumstances
Options 1 and 2 are the default resolutions. A full refund under option 3 will only be considered where the first two options are genuinely not feasible.
Non-transferability: Your enrollment is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer your spot, sell or assign your enrollment, or switch to a different Circle once enrolled.
2.6 ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
Attendance at all 8 group sessions is mandatory and highly recommended. You are required to attend at least 5 of the 8 sessions to receive your certificate of completion and LinkedIn badge.
If you miss a session, your coach will provide materials and key themes. No recordings are provided. Missing 2 or more sessions may trigger a review of whether continued participation is appropriate.
1:1 sessions: You are responsible for scheduling and attending both 1:1 coaching sessions within the Circle timeframe. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. Unused sessions cannot be refunded or carried over.
2.7 CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONDUCT
By participating, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by other participants — including personal information, professional situations, company details, career plans, and employment status. This obligation continues indefinitely, even after you cease to be a Productlab member.
You may: Use insights in your own work, share general frameworks with your employer, discuss your own experiences without identifying other participants.
You may NOT: Disclose identifying information about other participants, share specifics of others' situations, record sessions without express written consent from all parties, or use others' confidential information outside the Circle.
Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate termination without refund, and potential legal action.
Productlab does NOT place multiple employees from the same company in the same Circle.
2.8 TERMINATION
Productlab UG may immediately terminate your participation if you violate these Terms, breach confidentiality obligations, engage in harassment or threatening behaviour, provide false information during enrollment, or use the Circle for commercial solicitation.
If terminated, you will be immediately removed from all Circle sessions and materials. No refund will be provided. You remain bound by all confidentiality obligations indefinitely.
2.9 NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
Coaching is NOT therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or career counselling. Coaches are experienced product management professionals but do not hold regulated professional licences.
Productlab UG makes no guarantees or warranties about the results you will achieve. Any career decisions you make are YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. You will not hold Productlab UG, its coaches, or other participants liable for any career decisions or their outcomes.
2.10 LIABILITY
Productlab UG's total liability for any claims arising from the Leaders Circles shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Productlab UG is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of employment or income, career decisions and their consequences, or financial losses resulting from career or business decisions.
2.11 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All coaching materials, frameworks, exercises, and content provided during the Circle are owned by the coach and Productlab UG. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal professional development only.
2.12 DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Productlab does NOT routinely record Circle sessions. For questions about data, contact team@productlab.app.
