Absolutely. Most members use their L&D budget. We provide an invoice and any documentation your company needs. We can also join a call with your manager.

Is this online or in person?
Circles are online (Google Meet) to accommodate members across European time zones. We offer morning, lunchtime, and early evening slots.
How much time does it take?
90 minutes every two weeks for the group circle, plus two 60-minute 1:1 sessions over the 13 weeks. Most members also spend 20-30 minutes on reflection exercises between sessions.
How are cohorts matched?
We curate groups based on seniority, challenges, and goals. You'll be with 6-8 peers at a similar stage. The intro call and coaching chemistry call help us get this right.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We ask for commitment to attend at least 5 of the 7 circles. Your WhatsApp group keeps you connected between sessions.
Can I really open up in the sessions?
Yes. Psychological safety and confidentiality are essential for the group to work well, and we take several steps to ensure that participants feel comfortable sharing openly:
No colleagues from the same company will be placed in the same group to avoid conflicts of interest or internal sensitivities.
Privacy agreements: All participants sign a Non-Attribution & Confidentiality Agreement (N&A) to ensure that what is shared in the group stays within the group.
Clear Terms & Conditions: Participants also agree to clear guidelines on what can and cannot be shared outside the sessions.
No recordings: Sessions are never recorded, allowing everyone to speak freely without concerns about content being stored or redistributed.
What happens after the 13 weeks?
Your WhatsApp group stays active. You stay part of the ProductLab community. And you're welcome to join future circles at an alumni rate.
