Zihan Wang is a product manager and founder working at the intersection of product and AI. She spent the last few years helping early-stage startups find product-market fit, then building AI products focused on product quality and value. Today she runs Productbench together with Tamer El-Hawari, helping product people work better. Along the way she has had to figure out, repeatedly, how to do more with less: fewer people, tighter timelines, higher expectations. That is what led the two of them to build their own product OS.

Prerequisites: Claude Desktop installed on your laptop (get it at claude.ai/download) with a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month, upgrade at claude.ai/upgrade), a laptop with admin rights (Mac or Windows), and a free GitHub account. If you can, get access to your real work tools too — ask your employer for permission ahead of time. Set this up before Wednesday, September 16; there's no time for installs on the day. Questions?
