Silvanus Alt, PhD is Founder and CEO of UXCam, an AI-powered analytics platform serving 37,000+ products worldwide. Trained as a mathematical physicist, he worked as a researcher at the Max Planck Institute and the Francis Crick Institute before turning his attention to building technology products.
His scientific background still shapes how he builds today. Silvanus is deeply involved in UXCam’s product development, challenging assumptions, testing ideas quickly, and learning through experimentation. He has also pushed UXCam toward “Vibe Coding”, using AI to help teams move faster from an idea to something they can build, test, and ship.
He led the development of Tara, UXCam’s AI Product Analyst, which connects product and engineering data to reveal not just the what, but the why behind user behavior. His focus is on what it really takes to build AI-first products while the technology and the product playbook are still evolving.

Rebuilding an established product around AI is very different from adding an AI feature. Over six months, UXCam rethought core parts of its product, how teams worked together, and how quickly ideas could move from hypothesis to something users could actually try.
Silvanus will share what happened behind the scenes, including the product decisions that worked, the ones that did not, and the assumptions the team had to unlearn along the way. He will also talk about how practices such as Vibe Coding changed the speed and shape of product development, and what it means to build when both the technology and user expectations are changing at the same time.
Rather than presenting a polished success story, this session looks at the messy reality of becoming AI-first. Attendees will leave with practical lessons they can apply to their own products, especially when there is no established playbook to follow.
