Rohan's team built an AI agent at Kleinanzeigen that helps commercial sellers respond to buyer messages. He shares the journey of taking it from an idea to a working product. The first half is about creating and showcasing a vision through rapid functional prototyping. The second half is about what it actually took to bring this into production.
