Rohan Garg has been working in the tech space since 2006. He co-founded companies and held executive roles across major German internet companies like idealo and kununu. Rohan's team built an AI agent at Kleinanzeigen that helps commercial sellers respond to buyer messages. He shares the journey of taking it from an idea to a working product. The first half is about creating and showcasing a vision through rapid functional prototyping. The second half is about what it actually took to bring this into production.
