Michelle Parsons is a product leader and founder building at the intersection of identity, technology, and human behavior. She is the co-founder of Lora, an AI-native self-discovery platform combining astrology, psychology, and personalized intelligence to help people understand themselves and their relationships more deeply.
Previously, Michelle served as Chief Product Officer at Hinge, where she helped scale the company from early growth to over $300M in revenue, leading product, design, and research across core experience, growth, and trust & safety. Before Hinge, she led product innovation at Netflix for Kids & Family, focusing on personalization and user experience, and worked on personalization systems at Spotify that powered core discovery features like playlists and recommendations.
Michelle's work sits at the intersection of data, identity, and connection, with a focus on building products that feel deeply personal, human, and meaningful at scale.
