< About >
Every M&A deal has a thesis. But once the ink dries, it's product leaders who have to make it real: merging platforms, restructuring teams and making fundamental decisions about the future of the new combined product offering.
This roundtable brings together product leaders with hands-on PMI experience to discuss the patterns that lead to successful integration and the mistakes that derail it. We'll cover how to make decisive calls on ownership and structure early, why what seems like an optional product decision is often the enemy of progress and how to transition from integration mode back to customer-problem-solving mode without losing what makes the product valuable. Expect honest conversation about the human side too: keeping teams motivated and cultures aligned when uncertainty is at its peak.
