The Leaders Lab is a full-day experience designed for Heads of Product, VPs, and CPOs to step away from operational demands and focus on the craft of leadership.

This year’s Lab is facilitated by Ravi Mehta, former product executive and Entrepreneur in Residence at Reforge, widely recognized for shaping world-class product leadership education.

Through focused sessions and peer discussions, participants will explore strategy, organizational design, decision-making, and leadership growth in an AI-shaped environment.
