Part 1: Lighting Session

Through frameworks and case studies, we'll examine companies creating genuine differentiation with off-the-shelf models—not custom foundation models or massive ML teams. You'll learn where AI creates competitive advantage and where it's just noise.

Part 2: Peer-Driven Roundtables

Structured conversations across four dimensions shaping your work right now:

  1. Customer expectations — How has "good enough" changed? What do customers now assume you can do?

  2. Team ways of working — AI prototyping, faster specs, non-technical contributors building things. What's actually working?

  3. Business model pressure — We used to price as if fulfillment had zero marginal cost. That's no longer true with reasoning and agentic models driving usage spikes. How are you structuring costs and pricing?

Building an AI-Native Team Workshop

<Meet your Host>

Ravi is a senior product executive with experience leading product organizations for globally recognized brands like Tripadvisor, Facebook, and Tinder. Over his career, Ravi has scaled well-known products that have impacted millions of people and scaled teams to meet the challenge. Ravi is a well respected thought leader and his frameworks on product strategy & product leadership have been adopted by thousands of professionals across the industry. He is the co-creator of Reforge's AI Strategy and Product Leadership programs. Currently, he is a full-time product strategy advisor and investor, working with some of the most well-known consumer brands and fast-growing startups. Previously, he was Chief Product Officer @ Tinder, Product Director @ Facebook, VP of Consumer Product at TripAdvisor, and Executive-in-Residence @ Reforge.
