Meet the Roundtable facilitator

Tamer El-Hawari is a seasoned product leader with over 20 years of experience building digital products and a passion for uncovering what truly makes them great. As the Co-Founder of Productbench.co and former CPO at Project A—as well as having served as a PM at Rocket—he has supported more than 50 startups and scale-ups across various industries. Drawing from his rich background as a founder, consultant, and strategic product operator, Tamer blends technical, business, and design expertise to build products and teams that cut through the noise. He connects discovery, delivery, strategy, and operations into a cohesive system that drives meaningful results. Whether serving as a Fractional CPO, coach, or advisor, his mission remains clear: to make product work make sense and empower organizations to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape.
