Francesca is passionate about building impactful products, working with people who inspire growth, and creating positive change in everything she does. She believes that great products are always powered by the people behind them.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with multi-billion dollar enterprises as well as some of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. In roles such as Chief Product Officer and Head of Product, Francesca has often been the first product leader to step in and build product organizations from the ground up.

She has played a key role in launching and scaling a wide range of digital products, including a global creative community for young women, e-commerce platforms, a growing two-sided marketplace, and a sustainability-focused startup.

Most recently, at Hemnet, Sweden’s most beloved property platform, she led product development that resulted in a 130 percent increase in top-line revenue, turning product into the main growth engine of the business.

Now, as a solo entrepreneur, Francesca is on a mission to help scaleups turn their growing pains into growth gains.

Her approach blends years of hands-on experience with a sharp focus on each company’s unique challenges, helping create solutions that deliver real impact.
