Meet the Speaker

Hilary Aylesworth is a seasoned product and technology leader with extensive experience driving digital innovation across the education and professional development sectors. As the Chief Product & Technology Officer at CoachHub, the leading global digital coaching platform, Hilary leads the company's product strategy and technology vision, scaling its platform and advancing user experience to support rapid international growth.

Before joining CoachHub, Hilary served as a Product Strategy Consultant at Warburg Pincus, advising portfolio companies on digital transformation and product excellence. She was previously Head of Product at Arbor Education, where she led the design and delivery of transformative EdTech solutions, and VP of Product at SAM Labs, where she helped shape the roadmap for cutting-edge STEM learning tools.

Hilary also contributed her expertise as a Non-Executive Director for Product Development at Teachers College, Columbia University, offering strategic oversight for the institution's digital product initiatives.

With a career spanning startups to global platforms, Hilary brings a unique blend of visionary thinking and operational excellence to every stage of the product lifecycle.
